2. Exchange Conditions

  • You may exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

  • A valid invoice must be provided.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags attached

    • Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered

3. Non-Exchangeable Conditions

  • Products cannot be exchanged due to slight color or texture differences caused by lighting or screen settings.

  • Only manufacturing defects will be eligible for exchange.

  • Sale articles cannot be exchanged for size or color.

4. Exchange Process

  • WhatsApp our customer service representative for guidance.

  • Repack the product carefully:

    • Ensure tags are intact

    • Product is unused

    • Include the original receipt

5. Shipping Charges

  • Customers must send the product themselves.

  • If the product was damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be reimbursed.

  • If the product is as per the order, both-way courier charges will be borne by the customer.
