Shipping policy

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Delivery is subject to:

    • Stock availability

    • Payment authorization

    • A valid and complete address

2. Delivery Limitations

  • No deliveries will be made on:

    • Weekends

    • Official holidays

    • Outside normal business hours

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) may cause delays or prevent delivery.

3. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments:

    • Orders are processed 48 hours after the payment is captured.

    • Such orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
